Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Your subscription is month-to-month with no contract. Pause, switch plans or cancel anytime from your customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Most clients give us a key or an access code, which we store securely.
What if I need to move a visit?
Let us know at least 48 hours ahead and we’ll reschedule at no charge. Visits cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice count as completed.
What if I’m not satisfied?
Tell us about anything we missed within 24 hours of the visit and we’ll come back to fix it for free.
How much is a one-time cleaning?
One-time cleanings are billed by the hour, per cleaner: $45 for regular cleaning, $50 for short-term rentals, $55 for deep cleaning, $60 for move-in/out and $65 after renovations. 3-hour minimum. The booking form estimates the hours for your home.
Are taxes included?
Yes. Displayed prices include all applicable taxes: the price you see is exactly what you are charged.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Our products are biodegradable, non-toxic and free of synthetic fragrances. Tell us about any allergies in your household and we’ll adapt.
