  • Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

    Although we do not want to see you leave. You can cancel your subscription anytime, anyday, anywhere. 

  • Can i request to keep or change a cleaner?

    Yes, you can request to keep or change a cleaner if you not happy with his or her work. However, depending on the cleaner available we may not be able to chnage for you at the immediate. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept interac payment to operations@eco-fresh.ca or Cash payment  and Credit Card payment Only. 

  • How do i book for my Next Cleaning Appointment

    After the first visit we schdeule your next Tentative visit. You will have to call our administrator or send an email to operations@eco-fresh.ca to book you next visit. Due to high demands we advise you call or send your emails. 

  • Does the cleaners bring their cleaning materials

    Due to covid restrictions, we do not carry items like mob and brooms. We advise client to have them before a cleaning session. In some cases we will make an exception at $10 fee

  • When can i cancel my cleaning session

    To cancel your cleaning session, we advice to call us between 24 - 48 hrs ahead of time if you will not be avaiable for your scheduled cleaning session. 

  • Emergency Cleaning Request

    If you need an emergency cleaning request before your cleaning session appoineted time, you would be charged a $30 emergency fee.
